Chardonnay
This single-vineyard Chardonnay comes from Spanish Springs Vineyard, just 1.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Cool marine air and coastal fog shape a wine with freshness, texture, bright acidity, and mineral tension, while barrel fermentation and extended lees aging build depth and polish.

Pinot Noir
This single-vineyard Pinot Noir comes from Spanish Springs Vineyard on the San Luis Obispo Coast, where cool marine air, coastal fog, and ancient seabed soils preserve freshness and vibrant acidity. The cooler 2024 vintage gives the wine energy, coastal tension, and a lifted red-fruit character.

Tasting notes: Chardonnay — Lemon curd, guava, apple, and pear are layered with citrus blossom and subtle brioche. Dry and mouthwatering, with saline lift, bright acidity, mineral tension, and a long citrus finish. Pinot Noir — Wild strawberry, cranberry, and plum are layered with cherry bark, coastal sage, and spice. Juicy and expressive, with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, savory detail, and a lingering red fruit finish.
